In this blog post, we will discuss how to develop an embedded barcode scanner application. We will use the Zebra SE965 barcode scanner module as an example.
The first thing you need to do is to connect the barcode scanner module to your computer. You can do this by using a USB cable or a serial cable. Once the module is connected, you will need to install the drivers for it.
Once the drivers are installed, you can then launch the application. The first thing you need to do is to select the input device. In our case, we will select the Zebra SE965 barcode scanner module.
Next, you need to select the output device. This is where you want the scanned data to be sent. You can choose between a file, a printer, or even an email address.
Finally, you need to select the symbology that you want to use. The most common symbologies are Code 128 and Code 39. However, there are other options, too, such as Interleaved 2 of 5, UPC-A, UPC-E, EAN-8, EAN-13, and so on.
Now you can click on the “Create barcode” button, and you will get your barcode.
